Mixes Guests Will Love

If Champagne wishes and caviar dreams sits way above your own expectations or your wedding budget, but beer and pretzels fall far short, why not find some middle ground with cocktails and appetizers that guests will love.

When deciding to focus in on cocktails for your wedding, you must first decide if it will be simply as a fun wedding favor that guests can take home with them, in the form of a mix or small bottles, or if it will take on the bulk of your wedding refreshment offerings.

If you choose to have cocktails instead of a full open assortment of liquor choices, be sure to have more than one style of drink for guests to choose from. Look for ways that you can both educate your guests on the various styles of cocktails you've chosen as well as provide them with some entertainment while they choose.

Just like a scene from the movie Cocktail, a bartender well versed in the art of cocktail assembly, who is also well versed in the juggling pre-show that goes into making them ready to pour, is an entertainment element your guests will love.

Bartenders that have the ability to work in tandem may mean shorter line-ups to be service but can also mean a longer time spent watching them perform.

Those who want to incorporate a cocktail into their wedding will want to talk to their caterer or alcohol provider to see if a signature cocktail can be designed around the event.

A Pink Cadillac for a pink-themed wedding, a specialized martini for the more sophisticated pallets amongst your guests, or a simpler concoction that can be made into a favor with miniature bottles of alcohol sporting personalized labels. You can even save on stemware rentals by incorporating a stylized glass into your favor offerings.

Whether blended or shaken, a cocktail element added to your wedding is sure to cause a stir.
