Digital Works of Art
We have all sat through them, endless hours of a wedding video shot by the brother-in-law of your great uncle Harry. Even if a professional shot your wedding, chances are there is more footage than you will ever want to review.
For a wedding video that you will happily want to view over and over again treat your wedding like the production it is, complete with the editing your family and friends deserve.
Offering couples a completely edited film version of their day allows it to be viewed in an entertaining format, complete with music, fades and transitions that highlight the special moments.
When searching for a videographer, look for one whose signature style matches your own. View samples and ask for references. When sitting down to discuss the final product, ask how many videographers will be supplied. One will work, but two or more are always better to get different views and different aspects of the day caught on film. Ask to see samples where they have had one cameraman and ones where they have used two or more.
Editing is also another important aspect to consider. Ask for all raw data to be saved so that an addition can be made if something special you remember happening that day is not included in the final cut.
Some bridal couples have gone an extra step and had video or photos of themselves in the opening sequences to show how they came together in the beginning and all the steps that brought them to their special day.
As a special favor to guests, some videographer's are even able to make slide shows of your wedding and create a disc of them to be handed out a little later in the evening. The truly remarkable ones are even able to tailor those discs to include the particular guest it is being given to.
Remember that your wedding gown, wedding accessories and all the details you have chosen for your special day contribute to create your wedding. Recreate that magic and save those memories with your own digital work of art.
