Following a new trend that follows a graphic-styled theme, today's brides are finding that it's hip to be square when looking for a unique wedding theme.
A graphic image with an edge over other shapes and designed squares can be incorporated in every aspect of your wedding and look good doing so in a myriad of color combinations, starting where it all begins with your wedding stationery.
You can choose to incorporate individual color blocks. Utilize color combinations to make square frames that outline your wedding details, or embrace the theme wholeheartedly and create squared save the date cards, invitations, menus, programs and escort cards.
A square theme can even be incorporated into your ceremony with a square shaped pillow for your ring bearer and square shaped baskets for your flower-girls to tote around. While a natural progression is to consider a fantastical square-shaped wedding cake creation, why not buck trend slightly by providing guests with square shaped cupcakes instead?
Even your favors can follow your squared edge theme whether they are placed inside of squared favor boxes tied up with ribbon. Have a square-shaped sticker placed on them with wedding details printed on, or fill a container with square shaped chocolates.
