Cons: Expensive, Not What I Expected

"DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. We bought for and the leather wasn't trimmed properly, the engravement wasn't straight and the cap on two were flimsy the disks that the engraving is on was falling off one. I called to see what could be done and without taking our info the lady told me "they're personalized they cannot be returned". It seems like a generic response since she didn't even know what we were calling about. "
