This mini picnic basket comes with an optional solid lid and adorable double handles. The lid can be simply and decoratively held in place with a pretty wrap of ribbon tied into a bow. If desired, the lid can be eliminated all together. This will accommodate larger fillers such as homemade cookies or similar confections that require just a little more space. "I just love these baskets! They are so unique and could be SO cute for spring favors. Yes, the lid is not secure on, but it is optional...if you keep it on you can secure it with a ribbon. If you showcase the items inside you don't need it. I think these are so adorable and have a lot of space for the items inside. Great item!!"

"the lid is just a piece of wood, on top. i was very disappointed with the lid. the picture without the ribbon looks as if the lid stays secured. but actually it doesn't. the thing threw me off. the pictures and description made me expect something really nice. but not happy going to contact my seller to see if i can get a refund for the return or get something else. NOT SATISFIED. Ruth"
