Cons: Not What I Expected
"When I first received the champagne flutes as a gift, I was disappointed in the engraving. I wanted our initials engraved, as shown in the illustration, with the initial for our last name large and in the center. How it turned out was all three initials exactly the same size, which looks ridiculous. Now, I am even more frustrated because I just washed the flutes for the first time and discovered that they are not glass, as indicated in the description. I was hand-washing them gently and was surprised when I heard a snap. I looked down and I had cracked one of the flutes simply by washing it with a cloth. These flutes are cheap and do not come as pictured. I would definitely not recommend this product."
