Becoming A Weddingstar Retailer
HOW DO I SET UP AN ACCOUNT WITH WEDDINGSTAR?

In order to establish an account we require the following:

U.S. BUSINESSES
  1. New Customer Information Form >
  2. Business License or void Business Check.
  3. Federal I.D. Number or Social Security Number
  4. Full Name, Ship to Address, Bill to Address (if different than ship to address)
  5. Phone Number, Fax Number, E-mail Address and Website Address (if applicable)
  6. Your first order placed by phone, fax, or e-mail with a completed New Customer Application Form. You will receive online wholesale ordering access after your first order has been processed. We will not accept a magazine order as your first order
CANADIAN BUSINESSES
  1. New Customer Information Form >
  2. Business License or void Business Cheque
  3. Full Name, Ship to Address, Bill to Address (if different than ship to address)
  4. Phone Number, Fax Number, E-mail Address and Website Address (if applicable)

AUSTRALIAN BUSINESSES

Payment
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
  • We are happy to accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Australian Bank Card.
  • Weddingstar does not ship C.O.D.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
  • Our terms are Net 30 days.
  • Late charges of 2% per month will be added to unpaid invoices that are deemed past due.
  • Weddingstar Inc. will NOT ship orders C.O.D.
  • Any credit balances not claimed after 9 months become the property of Weddingstar Inc.
  • Accounts issuing N.S.F. cheques will be charged a penalty of $30.00 per cheque.
  • Orders will not be shipped to an account with a balance due over 60 days.

Order Process
HOW DO I PLACE WHOLESALE ORDERS THROUGH THE ONLINE WHOLESALE ORDERING SYSTEM?
  • To place an order through our Online Wholesale Ordering System you must be an existing Weddingstar customer.
  • If you are a Weddingstar Dealer, but do not have a Wholesale Ordering Login, use our Wholesale Ordering Signup Form to request one or visit our "Online Wholesale Ordering System" page.
  • If you have not previously placed an order with Weddingstar, you must place your initial order by phone or by fax or e-mail with a completed New Customer Application Form. After your first order, the option of ordering on-line will be available to you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF ITEMS ARE TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK?
Items temporarily out of stock at time of shipping will be marked "Out of Stock". It is recommended to place a Back Order so that stock is allocated to your account when it arrives. When the product is back in stock, a customer service representative will contact you to confirm your order before shipping. Freight costs that result from product additions will be the responsibility of the customer. Applicable shipping will be charged on Back Orders under $150.00. [back to top]
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL WAS DAMAGED?
In the case of a damaged parcel, please inform the Courier immediately. All claims for defective or damaged items are to be filed with Weddingstar Inc. Full credit will not be granted on returned items that have price tags or appear to be shop worn. Although we try to maintain high standards, many items are handcrafted, therefore slight variations may occur. Similarly, we reserve the right to change or alter the design due to availability of raw materials and production difficulties. Weddingstar Inc. does not guarantee the safe arrival of candles shipped during the hot summer months. [back to top]

Canadian Customers
  • Weddingstar will ship via FedEx or Canada Post.
  • All sales F.O.B. from our Dunmore, Alberta Head Office.

  • Weddingstar will ship via courier using our preferred carrier Fedex.
  • All sales F.O.B. from Sweetgrass, Montana.

  • All sales F.O.B. from Mittagong, NSW, Australia.
  • Actual courier rates will be applied.
European Union

International Customers
  • Weddingstar will ship F.O.B. from our Dunmore Head Office via courier.
  • Freight on International orders generally amounts to $50 US or 35% of the cost of merchandise purchased (wholesale), whichever is greater.
  • Freight on orders to Russia is $125 US or 35% of the cost of merchandise purchased (wholesale), whichever is greater.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES?
The following applies for Retailers only:
Canadian/U.S. Shipping Fees
Freight charges can be deducted from Invoice if an order has a sub-total in excess of $750.00 and is paid within terms. Click here to view Canadian shipping schedule or click here for U.S. shipping schedule.
Canadian/U.S. Remote Locations (These include destinations such as Newfoundland, Labrador, Alaska, Hawaii)
Shipping destinations with remote locations are subject to freight surcharges - 50% of the accessed freight charges may be deducted on orders subtotaling $750.00 or more if paid within our terms. * Weddingstar makes every effort possible to ship an order within 1 to 3 days of the date of receipt. Customers requesting a rush will be accessed a surcharge starting at $5.00 and increasing as the order price increases.
International Shipping Charges
Freight on International orders generally amounts to $50 US or 35% of the cost of merchandise purchased (wholesale), whichever is greater.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Our Shipping timeline is as follows:
Standard Ground Shipping 6-12 business days (varies with location)
Regular Express Shipping 3-5 business days (varies with location)

CAN I RETURN MERCHANDISE?
Contact our Customer Service before returning merchandise for any reason. Orders returned or refused without prior authorization will be subject to all freight charges incurred in the shipping and back shipping of merchandise. All returned goods will be accessed a 15% restocking fee. A returned shipment must include a "Return Authorization Number" or it will be refused by Weddingstar. Items correctly personalized cannot be returned. Information will be applied to the product in the same order and exactly as submitted. [back to top]
I WILL BE AWAY WHEN MY ORDER IS DELIVERED? (EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS)
In Europe, if a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to accept the parcel at your designated shipping address, the parcel will be returned to the carrier's depot and storage charges will apply. If you expect to be away for an expected period and no one will be available to accept the parcel at your designated shipping address, please advise in advance and the shipment will be held at origin until your return.
