    How do I fill the lighter?

    To fill the lighter, remove the silver lighter insert from lighter casing. Located in the bottom of the insert is a felt pad. Without removing the screw, carefully lift the felt pad. Slowly pour lighter fluid onto the cotton located in the lighter casing. DO NOT OVERFILL. Place the felt pad back into place and return the lighter insert into the casing.

    How do I replace an old lighter flint?

    To replace your flint, remove the silver lighter insert from lighter casing. Located in the bottom is a screw with a spring and flint attached. Carefully use a screwdriver to remove the screw. Take the old flint out of the spring and insert the new flint. Place the spring back into the opening, screw into place and return lighter insert into casing.

    What fuel is used for this lighter?

    These custom lighters need lighter fluid to function. However, if you prefer butane or other fuels, you can replace the insert with a Zipo single or double insert.

    Does the case fit a Zippo Lighter Insert?

    We're pleased to let you know that our lighters are designed with versatility in mind. If you prefer a Zippo-style insert, you can absolutely switch out one of our inserts with a zippo insert instead. It will fit perfectly, giving you the flexibility to use the style that best suits your needs.
