Ensure your image is in .JPEG . JPG or .PNG file format.
JPEG and JPG files are best for photo-based designs, such as images taken with a digital camera, phone, or scanner. These files usually include a solid background.
PNG files are best for logos, monograms, artwork, illustrations, and other design-based files created in programs such as Illustrator, Canva, or other browser-based design applications.
For the best results with logos, monograms, or artwork, use a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background.
If a background remains in the file, it may print as part of the transfer.
Minimum line thickness
0.025 in. minimum
(or 8 pixels / 0.6 mm / 1.8 pt)
Fine details must be thick enough to print and adhere properly.
Very thin lines, tiny text, delicate dots, narrow gaps, and fragile details may not print, may break apart, or may not adhere correctly after applying.
Before uploading, check small details carefully. If a line or detail looks extremely thin on screen, it may be too thin for production.
Resolution and image quality
Upload the highest-quality version of your artwork available.
Your file should be clear, sharp, and sized close to the final print size you are ordering. Low-resolution files may appear blurry, pixelated, jagged, or rough when printed.
The quality of your finished product is directly affected by the resolution/size of your uploaded image. Please refer to the minimum image size indicated for each product. This is located on the product page under LOGO / IMAGE FILE REQUIREMENTS
We do not recommend screenshots, as the quality will not be as high as original images
300 DPI is preferred when available
NOTE: If your artwork does not meet the minimum requirements, it will not be accepted into the preview layout. You can either select a higher quality image or choose an alternative product with smaller image size requirements.
Do not stretch a small image to a larger print size. Enlarging low-resolution artwork can reduce print quality.
Backgrounds must be removed
Only the artwork you want printed should remain in the file.
Remove:
Solid backgrounds
White boxes
Coloured boxes
Stray pixels
Unwanted edges
Screenshot backgrounds
Unwanted photo backgrounds
Anything left in the file may print.
For best results, upload a PNG with a transparent background.
To remove background select JPG or PNG (Auto Background Removal) option.
Remove shadows, glows, and soft effects
The print works best with clean, sharp artwork edges.
Remove:
Drop shadows
Neon glows
Outer glows
Soft fading edges
Transparent effects
Semi-transparent details
Blurred edges
Low-opacity artwork
Feathered edges
These effects may not print cleanly and can create unwanted white underbase, rough edges, or poor transfer results.
Placement, cropping and sizing
Please check your artwork is correct in placement, cropping and sizing before submitting your order.
