This storage case is made of thick material and it seals shut like a ziplock bag. I love the convenience of hanging it with the hook on the outside of my purse for easy access and less handling of the clean or used mask. Easy to wash with soap at a sink. For me, this was a worthwhile investment given the apparent long term use of masks. Two pack is handy as I use one for my clean mask and the other for the used ones that need to be washed. .
