Why can't I add a specific product to my tote?
Your product may be marked as out of stock, unavailable to your location, or discontinued. For items marked as out of stock you can choose to be notified as soon as they come back in stock by clicking the link above the item and filling out appropriate details. Items that have been discontinued are no longer available.

How can I find a specific product?
Here are some easy ways to find products in our online catalog:

Use the "Shop" menu to browse through our catalog by category or subcategory.

To search for a specific product, enter your keywords in the "search" box on any page. You will be able to narrow your search through the links on the left hand side. Try narrowing your search "By Product Type", "By Price", or by any of the other options to find exactly the accessory you are looking for.

How can I personalize a specific product?
We carry a wide range of personalized products. When a product can be personalized, there will be a personalize section on the product page that contains information on personalization. To personalize a product, enter a valid quantity and click "Personalize this item". You will then follow steps to choose your personalization options.

The personalization details will be displayed in your shopping tote, and the personalization cost will be added to the product cost.

Ordering
How do I place an order?
When you find a product you like, click on the image to view more details about the product. For many products you will be given a choice of colors or styles to allow you to customize these quality products for your wedding. Once you have selected the appropriate options, click the "Add To Tote" button to add the item to your shopping tote. The item will be added to your tote, and you may continue shopping.

You may view your shopping tote at any time buy clicking on or hovering over the shopping tote icon located at the top of each page or by clicking the "Checkout" link located on the top of each page. When you view your tote you can change product amounts or remove products or personalization.

When you are completely satisfied with your order click "Proceed to Checkout". This will take you to our secure server where you can enter your payment and shipping options. All transactions are encrypted for your security.

After you enter your payment and shipping information, you will be asked to confirm your details and approve your order. Once your order is approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains your order details. Your order will be assigned to the nearest Weddingstar Dealer.

Can I order a sample of a specific product?
Samples are available for a variety of our products. Click the "Samples" link on the menu to see all products available as samples. Samples of personalizable products will often include sample personalization.

How do I redeem a Promotion Code?
At step 3 of the checkout process, enter the code exactly as it appears, in the box for "Promotion Code". Continue checking out by clicking "Continue Checkout". If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed on the Order Confirmation page.

How long will it take my order to arrive?
Delivery of your items can take anywhere from 5 - 22 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at Checkout. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. We recommend choosing "Express" Shipping for "Rush" Orders.

Check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order Tracking page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information on your order.
1. Enter your 16 character Transaction Number. This number is included in your Order Email Confirmation or your printed Order Confirmation Page. Look for the line reading "Your transaction # is ..."

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Express orders can not be shipped to a P.O. Box address. All regular ground orders can be sent to a P.O. Box address. Orders being delivered to a P.O. Box can take an additional 2-3 business days to arrive.

Returns
Can merchandise be returned?
We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us within 10 days for a refund*. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.

*IMPORTANT
No returns on opened products, food/candy items or colored decorations such as streamers, candles, etc. Items personalized as per order cannot be returned. Candles shipped by ground during the summer months cannot be returned.
NOTE: Colors vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Although it is impossible to achieve an exact color match for every item, small variations in color serve to enhance the overall effect of your color scheme. Products seen on the online catalog do not always represent an identical color match. Color reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor.
